What You'll Be Doing
As the
Treasury Analyst , you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of their financial operations. You'll be responsible for core treasury functions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable and Backoffice.
Key Responsibilities Of The Treasury Analyst
Process daily payments from various bank accounts (checks, domestic/international wire transfers, and ACH transfers) Work with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, BackOffice group to investigate and resolve payment inquiries. Research and respond to all business and bank-related inquiries timely. Prepare documentation to open and close bank accounts and update account signatories. Review and approve new SAP vendor setups. Assist in administering the credit card programs. Ensure compliance with internal controls to assist with responding to requests from internal and external audit teams. Utilize PC and/or ERP systems and software to compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts of data developed. Reconcile SAP cash clearing accounts for electronic payments and bank statement posting. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient operation of the Treasury department.
Preferred Qualifications Of The Treasury Analyst
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration 2-4 of relevant work experience within a treasury function of a multinational organization. SAP or large ERP system experience is strongly desired Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Advanced Functions Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability
