The FP&A Manager will report to our CFO/COO and directly partner with our Controller and channel leaders (e-Commerce, Retail, Wholesale) on all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budget alignment, monthly book close support, revenue and expense forecasting, complex retail scenario modelling and cash flow forecasting. The candidate will create monthly reporting packages including development of operational KPIs and executive presentations. Deep experience in retail accounting and FP&A, and advanced systems and process proficiency are required. This role requires a technical expert in Excel (Power Query & Pivot a plus) and NetSuite. The FP&A Manager will deliver sharp financial insights to drive business decisions, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and create structure while enforcing compliance where needed. Key Responsibilities

Must have Retail accounting experience Create and maintain P&L / expense models by Channel and Function, including development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts with a focus on retail activities like shipping, cost of goods sold, and sales performance, while partnering with the merchant planning function on inventory buys. Review operational metrics and daily KPI’s to identify risks and build a sustainable trend model from channel partner data. Identify and act on opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting using NetSuite with IT. Spend time with budget owners monthly to document fluctuations in budget/forecast vs. actual results, including key trends and year-over-year comparisons and review GL transactions to ensure consistent expense recording and accruals. Provide cost/benefit analysis of initiatives to improve margin and SG&A costs (e.g., packaging, subscriptions, shipping, loyalty programs). Create cash flow models to anticipate requirements including capital expenditures, with weekly and monthly monitoring and working knowledge of the balance sheet. Create and maintain quarterly forecast reporting for banks. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred) 6+ years of accounting and financial modelling/analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a retail setting Experience in both start-up and large company environments is preferred Strong command of retail financial mechanics, including POS platforms, inventory costing, sell-through analysis, and gross margin components Expert-level Excel skills with Power Query/Pivot for data transformation a plus Proven NetSuite ERP experience, particularly in retail environments Understanding of US GAAP and internal controls Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset Desired Attributes
