Senior Regional Marketing Manager - AMR About The Role As a Senior Regional Marketing Manager on the AMR team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote single cell and spatial technologies and products within the region. This role requires a blend of scientific understanding, marketing acumen, and regional insight to effectively engage our target audiences and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in the area of genomics and related applications, and have demonstrated experience localizing marketing programs. What You Will Be Doing Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals and local needs of the AMR region to help achieve or exceed regional business objectives Gather voice of customer and voice of sales to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the single cell and spatial biology research landscape in the region Provide regional market intel and insights to global product marketing teams Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities ensuring relevance and impact within the AMR research communities Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and KOLs, including external: researchers, academic institutions, industry partners, and internal: sales, support, global marketing teams, to foster collaboration and support business objectives Plan and execute regional marketing events, such as seminars, webinars, and conferences, to promote product awareness and generate leads working closely with the marketing event specialists Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing regular reports to management Educate global marketing on local regulatory and compliance requirements Drive demand & grow the marketing funnel in close collaboration with regional sales teams and distributors Establish local regional operational processes and systems Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Marketing, Business or related field, with eight or more years of relevant work experience Demonstrable experience in a field marketing role in the life science industry or related sector Extensive knowledge of single cell and spatial technologies, applications, products and marketing channels in AMR Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to solve complex problems Key marketing skills including customer segmentation (i.e., needs assessments, profiles, personas, buying journeys), marketing program development/execution and program evaluation (metric framework) Understanding of the sales pipeline and how to positively impact funnel conversion rates Strong organization skills with the ability to meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent English communication skills (written / oral / presentation) and able to collaborate across multiple disciplines Capable of wearing many hats and evolve with the changing needs of the company and team Ability to travel is required to be successful in this field based role Preferred Skills And/or Experience PhD or Masters degree Experience in using a CRM system (ideally SFDC) Experience in using Tableau Advanced proficiency in Google applications, such as Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc. Below is the base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including ones skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Companys total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10xs equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
