Valinor is hiring: IT Support Lead in Washington

Overview

IT Support Lead based in Washington, DC, to work full-time onsite at Valinor's HQ, supporting all IT needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide end-to-end support for all company-issued devices (Macs, PCs, mobile devices), including provisioning, configuration, software installation, and troubleshooting
• Configure new hire accounts across Microsoft O365, Slack, and other Valinor systems
• Manage, configure, and maintain all office technology infrastructure, including computer hardware, network systems, video conferencing tools, printers, AV/media systems, and user access management, ensuring reliable day-to-day operation and rapid troubleshooting support
• Manage the inventory of Valinor devices and monitor their lifecycle
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure various government IT compliance standards are met
• Employees will have access to information, materials, and technologies subject to U.S. export controls, i.e., EAR and/or ITAR, and must be U.S. Persons, as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62
• Based in the United States

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in information technology, preferably at a technology start-up
• Experience with MDM tools and familiarity across Mac and PC devices
• Preferred experience operating in government-compliant systems
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - you’ll be the go-to person for all IT issues and challenges
