HR Generalist

Location: Charlotte, NC

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Temp (2-3 months)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 remote day per week, with potential for a more hybrid schedule later)

Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to join a growing team. This is a new headcount role designed to provide high-level support and take on key responsibilities from a senior HR professional. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and be ready to contribute immediately to a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 401k administration and related employee inquiries.
• Oversee FMLA leave management and compliance.
• Serve as a resource for the junior HR team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a human resources role.
• Proficiency with HRIS software; experience with UKG is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including benefits administration and leave management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• This is a temporary position.
