Compensation: Salary: $20.00-$23.00 Per Hr
Description: Support the Human Resources department during a system transition Responsible for scanning, uploading, and organizing employee files Prior HR experience is preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities: Scan and digitize personnel files for active employees Upload and organize documents into the new HR system Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HR records management Assist with file audits to ensure completeness and accuracy Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications: Prior HR or office/administrative experience preferred Experience with HR systems; experience with similar systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with computers, scanners, and basic data entry Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information
