SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Medical Office Associate plays a key role in supporting daily clinical operations by serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors to our Heart & Vascular Clinic. This position is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring accuracy with patient intake, registration, insurance verification, payments, and scheduling. The role requires frequent interaction with a diverse patient population, both in person and over the phone, to address inquires and provide timely assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills while working in a fast-paced, growing specialty care environment. This position works under the direct supervision of the Practice Site Manager and/or designated staff, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the practice.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a medical office required
