Responsibilities



  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and new hire paperwork.

  • Maintaining accurate employee records in BambooHR and ensuring compliance with company standards.

  • Assisting with HR reporting, compliance audits, and data management.

  • Supporting employee relations efforts by maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Assisting with training and development initiatives, including coordinating sessions and tracking completion.

  • Preparing HR correspondence and documentation, including offer letters and policy updates.

  • Providing general administrative and communications support to the HR Manager and department.

  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives that improve efficiency and the employee experience.


Qualifications



  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, communications, or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Familiarity with BambooHR or other HRIS systems preferred.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
