The Role The Senior Data Analyst role will report to the Reporting and Analytics Manager and will work within the Product Insights team. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data‑driven analytics for one or more product offerings. The Senior Data Analyst will conduct in‑depth analyses of data, identify leading indicators, and provide meaningful interpretation of metrics and trends. The role will be a leading voice in analytic workstreams, working cross‑functionally with BI developers, engineers, customer success executives, and product teams.
What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage data analysis projects across cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, reliability, and completeness
Drive meaningful interpretation of data findings, translating raw data into operational insights
Build comprehensive analytics frameworks to evaluate complex datasets and monitor key performance metrics
Identify and develop leading indicators to predict product performance and outcomes
Write efficient SQL queries and develop automated data pipelines to perform deep‑dive analyses
Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
Develop subject‑matter expertise in our product offerings and supporting operational and performance data
Collaborate with data science, customer success, and product teams to ensure data analyses remain efficient and effective in supporting business objectives over time
Stay ahead of the latest trends and technologies in BI, data analytics, and data visualization to improve BI capabilities continuously
Our Ideal Candidate Possesses Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
5–7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
Demonstrated track record of leading complex analytical projects from conception to implementation
Expertise in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business processes
Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
Proven ability to act autonomously, take initiative and be innovative
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and solve problems under tight deadlines
Excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Experience with statistical analysis is a plus
Experience with healthcare is a plus
Remote Work Requirements An established private work area that ensures information privacy
A stable high‑speed internet connection for remote work
This role is remote, but you will be required to come to on‑site meetings multiple times per year (as part of onboarding, interviews, and team meetings)

The posted salary range is $145,000–$160,000 per year and may include other compensation components. Final pay decisions depend on experience, job level, location, and other factors.
