Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, full-stack Marketing Manager with 4–6 years of experience to help drive our marketing engine. You’ll wear multiple hats across demand generation, campaigns, website, content, and social, while leveraging AI and automation tools to amplify your output. This role is perfect for someone who’s worked in early-stage startups. Base.ai is the leading AI-based Customer Marketing & Lifecycle Engagement platform, trusted by global enterprises. Our platform orchestrates customer engagement post-sale, including advocacy & reference programs, adoption journeys, upsell & expansion motions, user-generated content (UGC) such as customer stories, reviews, and quotes, retention marketing, and community engagement. Design and run demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline. Manage and optimize our website for conversion, SEO and GEO visibility, and brand impact. Create and distribute content (email, blog, social, customer stories) that builds engagement. Build and refine marketing automation workflows to scale outreach and nurture leads. Grow and engage our social media presence with creative, data-driven campaigns. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Canva AI, analytics copilots) to scale content, testing, and execution. Experiment with GEO tactics — structuring content for AI-driven search, optimizing for large language models, and ensuring our brand surfaces in generative results. Plan, coordinate, and execute events, webinars, and local meetups to boost brand presence. Measure, analyze, and experiment — continuously improving results. Develop and implement demand generation campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, and direct outreach. Maintain a marketing calendar of upcoming activities to ensure smooth execution and alignment. Work cross-functionally with founders, sales, and customer success to align on go-to-market priorities. Qualifications
4–6 years of integrated marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. Experience working in startups under 100 employees, comfortable building with limited resources. Proven track record in demand gen, content, website/CMS management, and automation. Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, paid, social, email, analytics), and curiosity/early experience in GEO. Required Skills
