This is a 1- year temporary assignment, but could extend or convert to permanent for the right candidate.
Details:
- 9/22/2025 - 8/31/2026
- San Diego, CA 92108 (hybrid)
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (40 hours per week)
- $27/hr paid weekly
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Candidates must have experience in health insurance call center environments.
- HS Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Answers incoming calls and emails pertaining to membership eligibility, health insurance, and medical billing/payment inquiries.
- Call documentation, data entry, accessing medical records and insurance information.
- Candidates must have Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
- Employees will be able to work from home/hybrid after training
