Strong automation, scripting, and packaging skills for administration, process automation, and issue resolution Hands-on experience authoring scripts using PowerShell 5 and Batch Proven experience in remote deployments and Windows 10/11 system integration in a distributed environment Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems Expertise in SCCM/MECM (Configuration Manager) Working knowledge of networking concepts and secure protocols Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Group Policies Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to create clear and concise documentation Tanium knowledge is desirable (not required) Support Functions

Develop and test automated scripts and processes for software deployment and data collection Maintain infrastructure by applying latest updates and patches Research, design, and recommend solutions to meet technical requirements Provide support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation Education & Experience

8–12 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field from an accredited college/university If the degree is not in the applicable field, 4 additional years of related experience are required Job details
