This role will be the Process custodian for all Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) processes and all training needs for IT organization. This position will be responsible for continuous process improvement planning and implementation. Will manage the entire process development from design to roll out for all of the IT organization. A new project portfolio management (PPM) tool is being evaluated, and this role will be necessary to ensure all processes are developed and implemented through the new PPM tool. With growing Portfolio, a strong Process and Governance Lead is required to ensure Process integrity and help attain Organization maturity. Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain PMLC (Project Management Lifecycle) processes for IT, accountable for all EPMO process libraries (theSource, SharePoint etc.). Create training materials and conduct Process Awareness trainings periodically. Champion of Process facilitation across IT Organization. Develop plan and implement Process Improvements. Support PPM tool development and maintenance. Job Specific Qualifications
Required Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant work experience. Experience in large PMO setup and Project Management methodologies. Knowledge on Project Management Practices. Ability to influence, good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Working knowledge of Visio, MS Excel and MS Power Point. Implementation and working knowledge of any PPM tool. Strong communication (verbal/written) skills - communicating with authority on processes. PMP certification. Business Analytical skills (Develop Requirements document, create Training, Perform tool evaluation and User Acceptance testing). Software Engineering principles. Minimum Years of Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Certifications
