Overview:
Ideal Partners Staffing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee development, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
The ideal candidate will bring proven HR leadership experience from Financial Services, Banking, or CPA industries, with a strong ability to balance regulatory compliance, employee relations, and strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Administer employee performance reviews and provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, including workforce planning, retention, succession planning, and talent development.
- Provide support on complex employee issues such as accommodations, investigations, and policy enforcement.
- Evaluate compensation and benefits trends; recommend competitive programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee benefits administration (health, dental, vision, AFLAC, and 401(k)) and manage open enrollment.
- Administer Workers’ Compensation claims and assist with state agency responses as required.
- Oversee professional liability insurance renewals and updates.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies and best practices.
- Develop and implement employee training and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records (electronic and physical).
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of HR management experience; experience in Financial Services, Banking, or CPA industries strongly preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar).
- Proven ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality while handling sensitive employee matters.
Supervisory Role:
- Oversee HR staff and direct reports (if applicable).
- Report directly to the Managing Partners.
