Medical Assistant II

We are seeking a full-time 40-hour Medical Assistant II to support our practice onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Our Medical Assistants play an integral part in the operations of our community-based physician practices. Dedicated to clinical support, the Medical Assistant ensures a smooth patient flow within the practice and assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of physician or advanced practitioner. When hiring, we look for candidates who possess not only the relevant skills and competencies but also positive attitudes, empathy, and genuine passion for this work. Our providers and clinical staff members love to teach and mentor, so we are open to new hires seeking to gain experience in the healthcare industry as they determine their long-term journey/career goals. Qualifications

High School diploma/GED Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire Preferred

Medical Assistant Course or diploma program or a minimum of 1 year professional experience National MA Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT Remote Type

$17.36 - $24.45/Hourly Grade
