Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

What you'll do

• Assist the human resources team with data entry and report updates.
• Assist with pre-employment and onboarding processes, and general duties related to human resources.
• Screen entry level position candidates and set interviews for hiring managers.
• Follow up on the candidate pre-employment process to ensure timely completion (pre-hire).
• Data entry and file uploads; update weekly reports.
• Assist with driver file compliance, including collection of required documents and weekly reporting.
• Update and assist with various human resource programs; assist with benefits open enrollment.

What you’ll need

• Be 18 years of age or older; authorization to work in the United States.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in HR support, administrative, or related work.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong organizational skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; knowledge of Smartsheets.
• Professional, respectful customer service mindset; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented; problem solving ability and adaptability.
• Physical abilities: stand, crouch, sit, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds in a shift.
