Base pay range
$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr
What you'll do
- Assist the human resources team with data entry and report updates.
- Assist with pre-employment and onboarding processes, and general duties related to human resources.
- Screen entry level position candidates and set interviews for hiring managers.
- Follow up on the candidate pre-employment process to ensure timely completion (pre-hire).
- Data entry and file uploads; update weekly reports.
- Assist with driver file compliance, including collection of required documents and weekly reporting.
- Update and assist with various human resource programs; assist with benefits open enrollment.
What you’ll need
- Be 18 years of age or older; authorization to work in the United States.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in HR support, administrative, or related work.
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Strong organizational skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; knowledge of Smartsheets.
- Professional, respectful customer service mindset; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented; problem solving ability and adaptability.
- Physical abilities: stand, crouch, sit, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds in a shift.
