C6ISR Strategy & Business Development is seeking a Senior Manager, C6ISR Advanced Concepts to serve as Deputy to the C6ISR Director. This leader will drive disruptive strategies, align Advanced Concepts (AC) with enterprise campaigns, and position the C6ISR portfolio as a pathfinder for the enterprise. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with the AC Director to set vision, priorities, and strategy, aligning domestic and international innovation campaigns to enterprise growth objectives. Leading opportunity identification, business case development, win strategies, and capture execution. Conducting and participating in customer value proposition workshops and managing contact plans in support of business goals. Shaping customer requirements through proactive engagement, workshops, and value proposition development. Driving disruptive initiatives including OTAs, CSOs, CRAD/IRAD integration, third-party partnerships, LM Ventures, S&T, and external investments. Championing digital transformation, leveraging 21st Century Security, MBSE, Mission Engineering, AI/ML, and autonomy in concept development and pursuit execution. Building and strengthening relationships with LM Partners, DoD Services, Combatant Commands, international partners, and industry (traditional and non-traditional). Representing C6ISR AC at enterprise, industry, and customer forums to influence requirements and advocate for LM leadership. Providing functional leadership, including staffing, performance management, mentoring, and building a diverse, innovative talent pipeline. Researching competitive intelligence, leading Black Hat assessments, and refining position-to-win strategies. Collaborating across functions (BD, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Legal, etc.) to ensure capture and execution success. Staying informed about emerging requirements in Electronic Warfare, C4ISR, Undersea Warfare, and Cyber, and keeping the pulse on industry trends and developments. Championing enterprise processes while fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and empowerment. Establishing and tracking BD performance metrics to measure pipeline health, PTW improvements, and ROI of investments. Desired skills include: Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline. Experience with innovative acquisition pathways (OTAs, CSOs, CRAD/IRAD integration) and partnerships. Knowledge of international defense markets and coalition integration within campaigns. Recognized as a change agent and results-oriented leader driving disruptive initiatives. Experience with digital engineering, mission engineering, MBSE, AI/ML, and autonomy applications. Track record of forging enterprise and third-party partnerships, including non-traditional entrants. Functional leadership experience (staffing, talent pipeline development, team management). Familiarity with LM enterprise innovation processes and corporate big bets. Domain expertise in Electronic Warfare, C4ISR, Undersea Warfare, or Cyber. Engagement with government S&T organizations (OUSD, DARPA, DIU, AFRL, DEVCOM, etc.). Active TS/SCI clearance. This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
