JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate I position works to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient movement of goods throughout the distribution center. Tasks include order pulling, packing & shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse housekeeping.

Essential Job Functions:

• Utilize RF Scanner for inventory picks and order fulfillment.
• Move orders and carts to designated areas.
• Inspect inventory and report issues.
• Verify items against orders using scanners and visual checks.
• Apply packaging to ensure safe transit.
• Validate product details like lot/batch numbers and quantities.
• Print and affix shipping labels.
• Stage packages for carriers.
• Report inventory or shipment issues.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile misplaced items.
• Receive inventory and perform putaways.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform cleaning, sorting, and waste disposal tasks.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 months of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to interpret instructions and safety guidelines.
