Responsibilities
Create and track purchase orders (POs). Match invoices with POs and delivery receipts for accuracy. Communicate with vendors regarding order status, discrepancies, or billing issues. Maintain accurate records of purchases and payments.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in administrative support. Experience in purchase order management. 3 years of office manager experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with invoice processing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
