We are seeking an experienced
Senior Salesforce Developer/Expert
to lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions for the prestigious Early Education Integration System project.
This role will bridge strategic business needs with robust solution architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and technical leads to deliver cutting-edge enterprise solutions. The candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future Salesforce ecosystem, defining complex integrations, and ensuring solutions align with organizational security, scalability, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, guiding technical strategy and execution across the project lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical leads to translate business requirements into scalable and cost-effective technical architectures. Design and lead API-based integration solutions, connecting Salesforce with sophisticated external systems. Ensure all solutions comply with data security, compliance, and performance standards. Define and implement backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies. Identify and mitigate technical risks across architecture and integrations. Recommend best practices in leveraging standard Salesforce functionality versus custom development. Create high-quality technical documentation, solution diagrams, and data models. Lead code reviews, design sessions, workshops, and release planning sessions. Work with Agile teams on backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and acceptance criteria refinement. Assist with Salesforce environment setup, CI/CD pipeline, and release management. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery and integration. Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in requirements analysis and business process design 7+ years of experience architecting and developing complex Salesforce solutions 7+ years of experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce Administration, advanced architectural patterns, unit testing, and best practices 7+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration and development 7+ years of experience guiding development teams on appropriate use of Salesforce platform technologies 7+ years of experience with object-oriented design patterns and languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and Ruby 7+ years of experience in data migration strategies and ETL tools 7+ years of experience in mobile solutions and architecture, including Salesforce on-platform mobile considerations 7+ years of experience using Salesforce Shield and Lightning 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines 5+ years of experience with accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance 5+ years of experience with GitHub/Bitbucket version control solutions Proven experience working with Agile methodologies Salesforce Technical Architect/Application Architect certification Salesforce Integration Architect certification Salesforce Platform Developer II certification Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification Copado certification MuleSoft I and II certifications
