Overview

SourceFactor's client is an established professional services firm based in Arlington. We're helping them find an early-career Accountant who will support a variety of staff accounting and treasury analysis projects as part of the Finance and Accounting team working on-site in Arlington.

The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of professional experience working in a role that provided a good foundation for corporate accounting and some exposure to treasury management and operations.

This is a great team with strong leadership. Please note that it is an on-site role in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliations, including bank and other GL account reconciliations
• Working capital management
• Cash flow management
• Monitoring and reporting on banking activity
• Month-end working capital reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 to 2 years of relevant corporate accounting experience
• Experience with at least one professional accounting / ERP system
• Exceptional diligence and timeliness (sense of urgency and responsibility)
• Great communication skills
