HGA's Healthcare (HC) practice seeks a BIM Specialist to support Revit model management and project delivery in our California offices. The role involves overseeing Revit model setup, management, troubleshooting, and supporting BIM standards across projects, collaborating with the national Digital Practice Group (DPG). In this role you will:
Set up Revit models following HGA BIM standards. Maintain model health and troubleshoot issues. Assist with BIM coordination and quality assurance. Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and standards. Coordinate workflows with project teams and discipline leads. Attend coordination meetings and represent the discipline in Revit discussions. Manage content creation requests and maintain information continuity across applications. Support training and provide technical support to staff. Handle Revit model setup, maintenance, coordination, and closeout tasks as detailed in the original description. Requirements:
Associate degree with 2-5 years of Revit experience on architectural projects. Knowledge of construction types and project workflows. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite. Revit certification preferred but not required. Salary Range:
$26.16 - $41.63/hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include bonuses, 401(k), paid leave, insurance, PTO, and disability programs. Additional Information:
