Overview This role is responsible for supporting the pricing team in building tools and processes to manage price execution, monitor competitive pricing, and implement pricing strategies. The pricing team is aligned within the Retail Planning team and collaborates with teams across the organization. This role typically reports to the Manager, Pricing Administration and is based in our Buckhead office in a hybrid work environment (4 days/week in-office). Responsibilities Support Pricing Initiatives (50%): Assist with pricing of specialty store formats/strategies; develop reporting to analyze and provide insights on pricing decisions and initiatives; support process improvement and innovation in Pricing and Planning; manage omni channel pricing strategies and flash sales. Competitive Pricing (30%): Oversee competitive pricing data collection and analytics processes; develop competitive recap abilities that are easily compiled/replicable; present competitive pricing opportunities in department and cross-functional meetings; support regular communication to internal partners (planning, allocation, finance, store operations, etc.). Manage Pricing Cadence (20%): Maintain event schedule and key pricing inputs; coordinate pricing timelines/requirements with Planning, Marketing, and Store Operations; leverage pricing toolkit to ensure smooth execution of pricing activities.
