Human Resources Generalist
supports the HR Director in various areas including recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies, and performance management. This role also ensures departmental compliance with facility, legal, and regulatory standards. Essential Job Duties Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions: posting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Coordinate and prepare for New Hire Orientation, staff onboarding, and maintain staff education requirements, ensuring compliance. Utilize HRIS systems for data entry and reporting. Assist with engagement and retention programs, including onboarding and employee engagement activities. Conduct HR file audits for regulatory compliance. Respond to insurance, unemployment, and employment verification requests. Assist with internal investigations and support disciplinary actions, improvement plans, and conflict resolution under guidance of the HR Director. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. Experience : 1-3 years HR experience, healthcare experience preferred. Skills/Abilities : Knowledge of HRIS (preferably Lawson), understanding of employment laws, excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 40 pounds, sit for prolonged periods. Employment Details
