Senior Coordinator, Social Media role at

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates . This position is based in our New York office (hybrid). The starting base salary range is

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr . Actual pay will be based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities

Supporting all operational aspects of the social media function. Managing the Firms day-to-day social media calendar and posts for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Collaborating with the Senior Manager, Multimedia Projects, and other members of the Business Development & Marketing department to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the firms business development and marketing goals. Collaborating on graphics and video content for social media and other multimedia needs. Coordinating and reporting on social media performance metrics and collaborating on developing relevant recommendations. Staying up to date on social media trends and best practices and keeping abreast of legal industry developments. Ensuring all content complies with the firms policies and style. Qualifications

Strong administrative and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent drafting, editing and proofreading skills. Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and planning skills. Ability to use discretion, and exercise independent and sound judgment. Ability to consistently meet deadlines. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, when interacting with attorneys, senior administrative business services professionals and peers. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities. Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality. Ability to organize and prioritize work. Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team. Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs. Education and Experience
