IT Support Specialist 6-Month Contract + Extensions Location:
Wilton, CT Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for office and warehouse IT systems (scanners, MDM, security cameras, printers). Troubleshoot and maintain hybrid infrastructure (cloud/on-prem), including servers, storage, and backups. Support LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi-Fi performance and ensure systems meet security and compliance standards. Support and administer SaaS platforms, including Jira. Manage and support MDM tools and Apple device environments, including JAMF. Assist in project delivery and IT infrastructure documentation. Help manage user access, licenses, and hardware/software inventory. Participate in DR testing, change management, and system upgrades. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. Requirements
35+ years in IT support (L2/L3), ideally in a warehouse, logistics, retail, or similar environment. User-facing experience and customer service skills. Solid understanding of Windows Server, O365, AD, networking (Cisco/Meraki), and hybrid environments (Azure). Experience supporting SaaS applications and platforms such as Jira. Hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g., SOTI, Intune) and JAMF for Apple device management. Familiarity with tools like Zebra, BarTender, and VisiTrak is a plus. Exposure to virtualization, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and enterprise tools (Intune, GPO, SCCM/MDT). Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude.
