Community Response Team Member
to help ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, staff, and guests. What You’ll Do
As a Community Response Team Member, you’ll be a visible and reassuring presence across our campus, responding to emergencies, conducting safety checks, and supporting our residents with care and professionalism. Responsibilities
Patrolling community buildings and grounds regularly Responding to emergency calls and coordinating with EMS Completing incident reports and maintaining safety logs Assisting with after-hours deliveries and resident support Conducting fire drills and safety inspections Managing wildlife control when necessary Qualifications
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who is calm under pressure, proactive, and committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment. Requirements: Minimum age: 21 High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Prior experience in security or safety roles (preferred) Valid SC driver’s license Ability to complete Advanced First Aid certification within 90 days Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs What You’ll Receive
