Roles and Responsibilities
- Salesforce, Reltio and GL Prod effectiveness, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, Cleanse and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
- Broadening knowled*** of product lines, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowled*** and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowled*** and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and ***. Explains technical information to others.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with using Salesforce and ERP Systems such as GL Prod
- Attention to detail is important
- An understanding of the United States Postal Service addresses in the US(city to state)
- Understanding of *** Healthcare terminology and business processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a team setting and independently is a plus
- Position is repetitive and the resource should understand that and be willing to work in the queue
Required
4 year colle*** degree(preferred degree in healthcare or business is a plus)
