Responsibilities
- Define Mobile-First Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision for mobile marketing innovation, expanding TurboTax's reach and engagement through mobile channels.
- Pioneer Mobile Capabilities: Lead the development and launch of advanced nurturing communications across mobile CRM channels (e.g., in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS), creating new engagement opportunities.
- Drive Mobile Personalization: Chart TurboTax's mobile personalization roadmap, leveraging data to deliver hyper-relevant solutions and actions within mobile communications.
- Architect Seamless Mobile Journeys: Design mobile-first customer journeys by integrating CRM strategies and personalization with product offerings to elevate user interactions across all mobile platforms.
- Enhance Mobile Automation: Improve mobile CRM automation capabilities, identifying and implementing new technologies for real-time customer interactions.
- Shape Long-Term Mobile Vision: Articulate and champion a long-term vision for mobile channel growth and innovation, aligned with TurboTax and broader Intuit mobile initiatives.
- Optimize Mobile CRM Tech Stack: Advise on enhancing and expanding the CRM technology stack with a focus on mobile capabilities to foster innovation and efficiency.
- Manage Mobile as a Product: Define the solutions blueprint and functionality requirements to guide mobile CRM systems, treating mobile engagement as a core product.
- Accelerate All CRM Channel Growth: Lead initiatives to improve customer health and engagement through mobile and pioneer new mobile channel strategies for sustained CRM growth across channels.
- Lead Cross-Brand Collaboration: Serve as primary lead for fostering strategic alignment with the Credit Karma team, identifying shared customer segments and developing joint CRM strategies across TurboTax and Credit Karma ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Extensive Mobile Marketing Expertise: 5-7+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex mobile-first CRM campaigns; proficiency in in-app, push, and SMS channels; ability to design, oversee, and optimize mobile campaigns to meet business goals.
- Data-Driven Acumen: Strong foundation in using mobile-specific data to fuel CRM programs; ability to orchestrate campaigns, personalize through data, and collaborate with IT/data teams.
- Strategic Leadership: Track record as a strategic thinker with experience in developing business cases and gaining buy-in from senior leadership.
- Mobile Marketing Authority: Deep knowledge of mobile marketing channels, privacy implications, technical nuances, best practices, and data-driven strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skill in influencing across diverse teams, especially in aligning TurboTax and Credit Karma efforts.
- CRM and Business Strategy Development: Experience crafting CRM strategies and customer journeys across multiple mobile channels with engaging content.
- Project Management and Communication: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise mobile marketing clouds, CDPs, and CRM tech stacks and their mobile integrations.
- Visionary Leadership: Innovative approach to market strategy and willingness to implement transformative mobile ideas.
- Customer Base Management: Understanding of managing a large and diverse mobile customer base across multiple brands.
