Senior Business Analyst -GTB Job at RIT Solutions, Inc. in New York

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with deep expertise in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and hands-on experience in Payments, Transactions, and ISO 20022 standards. The candidate must be highly analytical, articulate, and capable of engaging senior stakeholders while driving large-scale payment transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for payments and transaction banking initiatives, including ISO 20022 migration and compliance.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define functional and non-functional requirements for payment products and services.
• Work across domains such as Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Cross-Border Payments, SWIFT messaging, and Trade Finance.
• Analyze impacts of ISO 20022 migration on payment flows, reporting, and downstream systems.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Provide domain expertise and industry best practices on transaction banking and payment modernization programs.

• 10-15 years as a Business Analyst in Global Transaction Banking or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of Payments (domestic & cross-border), Transactions, Cash & Liquidity Management, Trade Finance.
• Deep experience with ISO 20022 messaging standards and SWIFT MT/MX migration.
• Experience in end-to-end payments lifecycle (initiation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation).
• Strong exposure to regulatory requirements and compliance in the payments space.
• Excellent requirements elicitation, documentation, and process analysis skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
