Our organization is looking for recent graduates from MBA or Master’s programs that are energetic, highly motivated and driven with an interest in financial services and the automotive industry. What you’ll be doing:

Toyota recruits MBAs and Master’s program graduates for the TFS Graduate Management Team Member (GMTM) Program, a two-year rotational program based at Toyota’s North American headquarters in Plano, TX. This program provides GMTMs with high visibility and a broad level of experience across the TFS organization in four, six-month rotations within the following business units: •

TFS Treasury, Debt & Capital Markets

is responsible for meeting the capital funding needs of the company, managing our interest rate and foreign currency risk, managing the cash and investment operations, and providing the support functions for these activities. •

TFS Finance & Sales Analytics

is responsible for driving profitable growth and operational efficiency through data driven insights partnering with stakeholders in a transparent and collaborative approach. Working with adjacent departments, we analyze the impact of key drivers including pricing, funding, risk factors and operations on profitability. •

TFS Business Analytics

is responsible for leveraging analytics to drive fact-based decision-making within the Sales and Marketing organizations at TFS. We add value by evaluating, explaining and executing on strategic business opportunities backed by data-driven insights. Areas include Marketing, Remarketing and Digital Transformation. • TFS Risk Management

is responsible for aligning the company’s risk appetite to maximize strategic opportunities and minimize forecasted financial losses. Through our data science and analytics teams, we work closely with senior leadership to ensure sound risk management practices in the areas of Consumer Credit, Commercial Credit (dealers), Residual Value (vehicle market valuation) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). • TFS Finance Products

is responsible for collaborating with Toyota’s Sales and Marketing Divisions to develop new and used car incentive program to grow TFS market-share and revenue. In addition, Finance Products administers TFS’s incentive programs and maintains the systems that deliver pricing to the dealerships. Required Qualifications:

· Graduated with MBA or relevant Master’s program by Summer 2026 · Completed 2+ consecutive years of relevant work experience before MBA or Master’s program · Must have lawful unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future Desired Qualifications:

· Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to develop proposals for evolving business unit challenges · Self-starter with project management experience including proven ability to scope and deliver projects timely · Comfortable with public speaking and presenting analytical data to influence decision-making for a variety of audiences · An interest in the automotive industry, particularly in Toyota, is a strong plus Toyota is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that celebrates the inclusiveness of the communities where we live and do business.
