Sr. Art Director
The Senior Art Director leads the conception, design, and execution of 360 visual materials that align with marketing and business objectives. This role manages multiple projects across omni-channel platforms, translating ideas into compelling, brand-right creative that drives engagement and results. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Creative Director and VP of Creative to concept and execute 360 digital campaigns across email, paid media, , retailer eComm, and site enhancements. Translate audience insights and user motivations into compelling, user-friendly digital experiences. Develop strong, consistent brand and customer experiences for launches and evergreen content. Maintain a sharp eye for typography, ensuring brand and seasonal creative consistency across all formats. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from concept to completion, presenting and selling creative ideas to stakeholders. Design with a digital/mobile-first mindset, producing high-quality assets for banners, paid media, and promotional needs. Build and maintain relationships with eComm, marketing, product, and other departments. Collaborate with designers, art directors, and UX to bring content to life in innovative ways. Manage and mentor designers and freelancers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance creative culture. Requirements 7+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume creative environments (fashion and technology experience preferred). Minimum 2 years of direct digital design and art direction experience in beauty. Proven ability to work with in-house digital or eCommerce teams. Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; knowledge of emerging digital platforms and responsive design best practices. Excellent typography skills and strong understanding of digital formats (Instagram Stories, display banners, etc.). Awareness of beauty, fashion, and social media trends, with the ability to translate them into high-performing creative. Experience with personalization, UX/UI, and mobile-first design a plus. Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to manage shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree required. $110,000 - $140,000 a year
