A certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide specialized behavioral support in an elementary school setting. This contract role is based in Norwalk, CT, and will cover the school year.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement behavior strategies effectively Provide training and support to school personnel regarding behavior management techniques Monitor and analyze student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations Qualifications: Current BCBA certification Experience working with children in educational settings, preferably elementary schools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices Location: Norwalk, CT Duration: Contract for the duration of the school year This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students educational experience by applying behavior analysis expertise within a school environment.
