Support 50-60 students weekly across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels, working 35-37.5 hours per week through our secure virtual service platform. Provide individualized speech and language interventions, conduct thorough evaluations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal communication outcomes for students. Key Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive speech-language evaluations using standardized virtual assessment methods Develop evidence-based treatment plans targeting specific communication goals and objectives Deliver therapeutic interventions through engaging, technology-enhanced virtual sessions Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress monitoring systems Facilitate collaboration with parents, teachers, and educational support professionals Participate in virtual team meetings, IEP conferences, and educational planning sessions Create innovative therapy materials and resources optimized for virtual implementation Diverse Clinical Practice

Our program serves students with speech sound disorders, language learning disabilities, stuttering, voice disorders, and complex communication needs. You'll develop expertise in virtual therapy techniques while supporting students' communication development across academic, social, and functional contexts. Licensing and Education Requirements

Essential Qualifications: Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from regionally accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Michigan state licensure for speech-language pathology practice Educational environment therapy experience minimum 2 years Clinical Fellowship Year completed with satisfactory performance ratings Technical Proficiency Requirements: Reliable broadband internet connectivity supporting high-definition video streaming Quiet, professional home office environment suitable for therapeutic services Professional webcam and audio equipment ensuring optimal communication quality Computer meeting teletherapy platform compatibility and performance standards Professional Development Commitment
