Write and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
Work closely with general education teachers and support staff
Ensure students receive services as outlined in their IEPs
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
What youll need: A valid
Minnesota Special Education License
Experience writing IEPs and collaborating with related service providers
Flexibility, communication skills, and a student-first mindset
