We are seeking a
Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join a school district team in
Burbank, IL for the upcoming school year. This position will focus on supporting students through direct behavioral intervention, collaboration, and district-wide consultation.

Current Illinois State Teaching License with LBS1 and LBS2 Behavior Intervention Specialist
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred
Ability to travel to multiple district buildings
Responsibilities: Respond to behavioral referrals following data collection and initial interventions
Deliver one-to-one and small group intensive behavior intervention to students
Provide crisis support, including de-escalation and reintegration into classrooms
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and adjust plans
Pay Rate:
Competitive hourly pay of
$50$65/hour
based on experience
