Join our expanding team of remote mental health professionals serving Michigan's virtual education community. We're looking for an experienced School Psychologist passionate about delivering high-quality psychological services to students with diverse mental health and educational needs.

This remote role offers 37 hours per week supporting approximately 45 students across kindergarten through high school programs. You'll work within a collaborative virtual environment while maintaining independence in clinical service delivery, assessment administration, and therapeutic intervention planning. Core Clinical Functions
Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations using virtual assessment protocols and standardized testing procedures Deliver individual counseling services targeting anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and behavioral challenges Implement systematic behavioral assessments and develop positive behavior intervention plans Collaborate with special education teams, general educators, and related service providers through virtual platforms Facilitate smooth transitions between educational settings and coordinate post-secondary mental health planning Engage families in therapeutic processes through virtual family therapy sessions and parent consultation meetings Maintain compliance with professional psychology licensing requirements and ethical practice standards Mental Health Service Focus
Your diverse caseload will include students requiring intensive psychological support for emotional regulation, students with autism needing social skills and behavioral interventions, and students experiencing crisis situations requiring immediate mental health response. You'll adapt evidence-based therapeutic approaches for effective virtual delivery while maintaining strong therapeutic relationships essential for positive outcomes. Essential Qualifications
Master's degree in School Psychology from accredited program with NASP approval Valid Michigan School Psychologist license in good standing with current certification Minimum two years of experience providing school-based psychological services in educational settings Expertise in virtual psychological assessment, teletherapy delivery, and online crisis intervention methods Proficiency with digital assessment tools, teletherapy platforms, and virtual collaboration software Strong understanding of special education law, mental health regulations, and ethical practice requirements Excellent clinical skills, cultural competency, and professional communication abilities Technology Integration Requirements
Successful candidates will demonstrate extensive experience with various teletherapy platforms, digital psychological assessment instruments, and online documentation systems. A dedicated professional workspace with appropriate clinical technology infrastructure and secure internet connectivity is required for effective virtual psychological service delivery.
