Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Provide therapy sessions targeting specific speech and language objectives Monitor student progress continuously and maintain detailed documentation Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and specialists, to ensure coordinated care Involve and educate families to support student progress and engagement in therapy Qualifications & Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations strongly desired Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Licensure Requirement: Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in Florida Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology is mandatory This role offers an opportunity to contribute positively to student development in a school environment, with access to a supportive advisory team of state-based SLP professionals.
