A K-12 school located in Bridgeport, CT, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral and developmental needs. This contract position involves working closely with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that promote positive student outcomes.

Communicate effectively with families to provide updates and recommendations. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations. Qualifications: Valid BCBA certification with demonstrated experience in school settings. Experience working within K-12 educational environments. Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
