Position Overview
We are seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
to provide
onsite support
in
Guilford, ME . This role is critical in assisting a
virtual SLP
from another agency and ensuring students receive consistent services. The position is available
full-time or part-time , starting
ASAP through the end of the school year . The caseload includes students
from age 3 through 12th grade . Some
local travel
between buildings within the community may be required. Key Responsibilities
Support students under the supervision of a licensed SLP, implementing therapy plans.
Provide services for both
campus students
and
local program participants .
Assist with progress tracking, data collection, and reporting.
Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and the supervising SLP.
Qualifications
Active
SLPA license
issued by the Maine Board.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a virtual SLP.
Reliable transportation for occasional local travel.
