This full-time remote position offers 36 hours per week serving approximately 47 students across grades K-12. You'll provide psychological evaluations, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation through secure virtual platforms while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student academic and emotional wellbeing. Core Professional Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments using virtual evaluation protocols Provide individual and group counseling services through secure teletherapy platforms Develop behavioral intervention plans and implement social-emotional learning programs Collaborate with special education teams on IEP development and goal implementation Participate in virtual multidisciplinary team meetings and professional case consultations Deliver crisis intervention services and conduct suicide risk assessments when needed Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Student Population Focus

Your diverse caseload will include students requiring psychological evaluations for special education eligibility determination, behavioral support planning, trauma-informed interventions, and ongoing counseling for anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges. You'll work across all educational levels, adapting evidence-based practices for effective virtual delivery. Required Qualifications

Master's degree in School Psychology from NASP-approved program Current Michigan School Psychologist license in good standing Minimum 2 years of experience providing school-based psychological services Demonstrated expertise in virtual assessment protocols and teletherapy service delivery Strong knowledge of special education law, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse student populations and families Proficiency with technology platforms, digital assessment tools, and online documentation systems Virtual Work Environment
