bilingual
Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)
to support students across two elementary schools in Texas. This is a
hybrid position
with a flexible, rotating on-site schedule. The successful candidate will have a strong background in conducting
comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations

Conduct
comprehensive evaluations
including cognitive, academic, adaptive, and behavioral assessments for students referred for special education services
Utilize culturally responsive assessment practices and tools for English learners and bilingual students
Write clear, timely, and legally compliant evaluation reports and participate in ARD meetings
Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Work efficiently in both
in-person and virtual environments , maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines
Provide consultation regarding academic and behavioral interventions, social-emotional supports, and IEP development as needed
Requirements:
Valid Texas license as a
Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)
Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)
required
Demonstrated experience conducting psychoeducational assessments across multiple domains (cognitive, academic, adaptive, behavioral)
Ability and willingness to work
on-site 3 days per week , with the specific days varying weekly based on campus needs
Ability to manage a hybrid work schedule effectively and independently
Familiarity with school-based special education processes, legal requirements, and best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Details:
The position involves
37.5 hours per week
Candidate may occasionally be asked to assist at other campuses within the district
District will provide a
laptop and testing materials
Virtual work is contingent upon the LSSP being current with all required evaluations and documentation
