A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for the 2025-26 school year at a K-12 school located in Wynnewood, OK. This full-semester contract position offers an opportunity to work directly with a diverse caseload of approximately 25-30 students in grades 4 through 7, each presenting with varying disabilities, including speech impairments, learning disabilities, and other health challenges.

Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech and language therapy to students with a range of disabilities. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support communication and learning goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and school district guidelines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student success. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in grades 4-7. Ability to manage a caseload of 25-30 students with varied levels of need. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to provide therapy 2-3 days per week in-person. Prior experience with learning disabilities and health impairments preferred. Additional Information: The position is full-time and in person. Therapy sessions are scheduled 2 to 3 days weekly based on last years arrangement. Support is provided through an assigned Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
