School Social Worker- Springfield, PA

School Social Worker Full Time We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team for a full-time, onsite position. This role will primarily serve middle and high school students, with occasional work at a nearby elementary school. Details: Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Schedule: 8:00 AM 3:30 PM

Caseload: K12 (primarily middle and high school)

Setting: Onsite only

Responsibilities: Provide social-emotional support to students across grade levels

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies

Support student mental health, behavior, and attendance initiatives

Assist with crisis intervention and prevention services

Maintain documentation and reports as required by district policies

Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)

Valid state licensure/certification as a School Social Worker

Experience in a school setting preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
