This remote opportunity provides 35.5 hours per week supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in virtual learning environments. You'll maintain a manageable caseload of 45 students, utilizing state-of-the-art telepractice technology to deliver personalized speech and language interventions that drive meaningful student progress. Essential Functions

Direct Service Delivery Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions through secure video platforms Address communication disorders including articulation, language delays, autism spectrum needs, and fluency Implement creative virtual therapy techniques to maintain student motivation and engagement Support students with complex communication needs through specialized interventions Assessment & Evaluation Services Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments using virtual protocols Complete formal and informal evaluations with culturally appropriate modifications Prepare thorough evaluation reports with specific, measurable recommendations Participate actively in virtual multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences Consultation & Training Provide expertise to virtual teaching teams on communication support strategies Train educational staff in implementing speech and language accommodations Conduct parent education sessions on home-based practice activities Support inclusive practices that enhance student participation in virtual classrooms Quality Assurance Maintain detailed session notes and progress documentation Complete regular progress monitoring and data collection activities Ensure adherence to ASHA ethical guidelines and state regulatory requirements Participate in peer review and quality improvement processes Required Credentials

Professional Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active Kentucky speech-language pathology license Minimum 2 years of school-based or pediatric experience Technical Capabilities Proficient with virtual therapy platforms and digital assessment tools Strong technology troubleshooting and adaptation skills High-speed internet with reliable connectivity Professional workspace ensuring confidentiality and minimal distractions Core Competencies Expertise in developmental communication disorders Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of special education regulations and evidence-based practices Professional Development
