This remote position encompasses 37.5 hours per week serving approximately 44 students across elementary through high school grade levels. You'll utilize cutting-edge assessment technology to deliver comprehensive psychological services while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with educational teams and families. Core Service Duties
Perform psychological evaluations and write detailed assessment reports for educational planning Provide direct counseling services addressing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma responses Implement crisis response protocols and develop safety planning procedures Collaborate with special education coordinators, teachers, and related service providers Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to educational program development Conduct mental health screenings and deliver preventive intervention programs Ensure compliance with professional ethics, confidentiality standards, and documentation requirements Clinical Focus Areas
Your specialized caseload will include students requiring comprehensive psychological evaluations, crisis mental health interventions, behavioral assessment and planning, and ongoing therapeutic support for emotional and behavioral challenges. You'll adapt evidence-based interventions for effective virtual delivery across diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Essential Qualifications
Master's degree in School Psychology from accredited program with NASP approval Current Michigan School Psychologist license with active status Two or more years of experience providing psychological services in educational settings Expertise in virtual assessment administration and teletherapy service delivery methods Strong background in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and trauma-informed care approaches Proficiency with online assessment platforms, digital therapy tools, and virtual collaboration software Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with multicultural competency Technology and Virtual Services
Candidates must demonstrate experience with various teletherapy platforms, online assessment instruments, and digital documentation systems.
