Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor behavior support strategies. Utilizing data collection and analysis to track student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Ensuring compliance with relevant ethical and professional standards in behavior analysis. Desired qualifications and experience: Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) credential in good standing. Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and best practices. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
