Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive social work interventions and counseling services to students across all grade levels (K-12). Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized support plans. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address student challenges and promote overall well-being. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district policies. Provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed. Qualifications: Masters Degree in Social Work. Valid Pennsylvania license as a Social Worker. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage a district-wide caseload effectively. Hours and Contract Details: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. Contract duration spans the current school year.
