This remote role provides 36 hours weekly serving a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students spanning elementary through secondary educational programs. You'll function as an independent clinician while collaborating extensively with educational teams, families, and community mental health providers to ensure comprehensive student support. Core Psychological Functions

Conduct thorough psychological assessments using validated virtual protocols and norm-referenced instruments Deliver evidence-based individual therapy targeting mood disorders, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and adjustment difficulties Implement comprehensive behavioral analysis and develop multi-tiered intervention strategies Participate actively in virtual multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborative case planning sessions Provide crisis mental health services including risk assessment, safety planning, and emergency intervention Offer consultation services to educators regarding classroom mental health strategies and behavioral supports Maintain meticulous clinical records and ensure full compliance with professional licensing and ethical standards Student Population Characteristics

Your specialized practice will include students requiring psychological evaluations for educational eligibility, intensive therapeutic support for emotional disorders, behavioral intervention planning for disruptive behaviors, and crisis mental health services for students experiencing acute psychological distress. You'll serve a multicultural student population with varying developmental, linguistic, and socioeconomic characteristics. Required Professional Credentials

Master's degree in School Psychology from nationally recognized program with NASP approval Valid Michigan School Psychologist license in active good standing Minimum two years of comprehensive experience delivering psychological services in educational settings Demonstrated proficiency in virtual assessment administration and online therapeutic service delivery Advanced training in evidence-based interventions, crisis response, and trauma-informed clinical practice Strong technological competence with digital assessment tools, teletherapy platforms, and virtual collaboration systems Outstanding communication abilities, cultural competence, and professional ethics adherence Remote Clinical Environment Requirements
