order verification
and ensure medication accuracy
Supervise
pharmacy technicians

physicians and nurses
regarding medication therapies
Conduct
pharmacokinetics monitoring and adjustments
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and
state regulations
Qualifications:
Active New York Pharmacist License
(Required)
Hospital pharmacy experience
preferred
Proficiency with
EPIC
is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
